Absolute waste of time! Very rude and refused to swap front tyres with the back ones due to my car not being a Kia. Even tho there were other makes on the forecourt and in the service station. I would avoid along with there Alfa/fiat garage in Knaresborough if this is their attitude.

Just bought a Kia Ceed from Piccadilly Motors and their service was brilliant. Leanne was the sales women who sold us the car and she made everything so easy (which buying a car never is from past experience). Leannes customer service was excellent. We definitely recommend buying a car here.
