- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-01-05, by Simon ManningHad a bad experience with a senior Optician....He was rude, condescending and unapologetic. I have since found better prices and customer service at other Ripon Opticians. Reception staff are fantastic though (5 stars for them) after 34 years as a loyal customer its a shame to leave.
